## Intro - AI has already been advancing noticeably faster since Opus 5.5 and Astra 6.. and increasingly absurdly convenient things keep coming out..😨 - In terms of impact, let me introduce `REA`, a service on the level of Ego lite & Aside, and `e2e`, which feels like the final answer for E2E Test!
## 1. 𝐑𝐄𝐀 - Reverse Engineering Anything - Even the name is extraordinary. It’ll expose(?) anything for you! When I first found this repo, it had 88K Github ⭐️.. and in about a week, it gained another 200K.. wow - https://github.com/morluto/rea #### 👨‍🏫 What is it? - If you say, ‘Copy this app for me, go,’ it copies it. It may be rough at first. I asked it to copy RunCat—a cute status bar service that runs faster depending on the load on my computer—and create RunDog. ![image](https://pub-08bdc1f395e14377951ac0c9c22ba795.r2.dev/posts/user_38T3Ty5uKeRndW9PUwTFHGYZxwP/zb8uk7mptnk-image.webp) - For the first one, I only said, 'Copy RunCat and make RunDog,' and for the second one, I said, 'Make the UI look more similar and let me configure the runner,' and it produced something like the result below. It would do even better with a few more detailed prompts.
![image](https://pub-08bdc1f395e14377951ac0c9c22ba795.r2.dev/posts/user_38T3Ty5uKeRndW9PUwTFHGYZxwP/zwdqljw59s-image.webp) #### What if the target is OpenSource?👀 - For non-open-source code like this, it uses dedicated analysis tools to implement something as similar as possible. But if it is actually OpenSource, the code itself serves as the real answer key, allowing it to implement things much more accurately and then begin adding or changing the features I want. - For example, while using Buzz, my favorite messenger, I wanted a UI/UX where my Todo list, Calandar, and links I ask it to save because 'I’ll look at them later'—the Bookmark feature—could be conveniently viewed from a dashboard and would automatically disappear once AI handled them.🪄✨ Below is the original BUZZ landing page ![image](https://pub-08bdc1f395e14377951ac0c9c22ba795.r2.dev/posts/user_38T3Ty5uKeRndW9PUwTFHGYZxwP/rhs9aaq3za-image.webp) - I asked it to copy the app and add those features, and with **'just one prompt,'** it ran overnight. About six hours later, there was an app where nearly all the existing features worked as they were supposed to, while only the behavior of the newly added UI still needed a bit more refinement. ![image](https://pub-08bdc1f395e14377951ac0c9c22ba795.r2.dev/posts/user_38T3Ty5uKeRndW9PUwTFHGYZxwP/cs2ihznvrca-image.webp) #### Here's the how: - As its name suggests, REA is Reverse Engineering. In other words, after examining the app or service I tell it to look at, it **looks at the 'finished product' itself,** then follows a logical flow such as, 'For this feature to work, feature A must be possible,' and, 'Then for A to work, it must be built using B or C, right?' It literally performs 'reverse engineering' by implementing and completing the code according to that logical flow.👷 ![image |600](https://pub-08bdc1f395e14377951ac0c9c22ba795.r2.dev/posts/user_38T3Ty5uKeRndW9PUwTFHGYZxwP/10wypa500oh-image.webp) - As the diagram above explains, a person first asks a question (Ask), then it inspects and traces the logical flow (Inspect & trace). At this point, it appropriately uses Analysis tools (and installs them itself if they are unavailable), receives the analysis results, and returns what can be implemented in code, relevant references, and even what it does not understand. For the unknown parts, it explains and infers them on its own, then implements and tests the code. - At this stage, REA asks itself questions again, returns to Inspect & trace, and repeats the process to improve completeness. #### Here's the point ✍️ - These days, the point is not to 'copy every service.' You can use REA in situations involving features you want to reference or Effects you covet—when you think, 'Wow, I want to make something like that too,' or, 'Ah.. this service is great, but I wish it had just this one thing..🤔'—analyze them, and use the results to build a separate service. - The point is not to become a Copy Cat. My impression is that it could be a huge help in **'quickly analyzing'** other references at the code level and incorporating them into your own service, brand, and UI/UX.🤗 That is also how you can stay clear of license and copyright issues.
## 2. 𝐞𝟐𝐞 - 🪖 e2e is here to whip the testing tools into shape.. - https://github.com/tester-army/e2e #### 👨‍🏫 What is it? - Even now, plenty of people can excellently automate test code with 🪁Playwright MCP. But what about Android apps? What about iPhone apps?! This one can handle all three. 😎✨ - It works especially well with Orca, so testing both iPhone and Android using mobile emulators works incredibly well. You can also connect a physical device and test via mirroring, which is fantastic. 👍 ![image](https://pub-08bdc1f395e14377951ac0c9c22ba795.r2.dev/posts/user_38T3Ty5uKeRndW9PUwTFHGYZxwP/5vfzgeqvs38-image.webp) ## Wrapping Up 🍳 - We live in an era where every single month is amazing. It’s so much fun. This was already true before, but.. now more than ever, good Insight and planning have become more, more, more, more, more, more important than anything else..🫠
✨HAPPY BUILDING!👷‍♂️

Anything Brothers, REA & e2e
